Es kann jegliches Gem\u00fcse fermentiert werden; Wei\u00dfkohl ergibt beispielsweise Sauerkraut \ud83d\ude42 Fermentieren ist eine alte Methode, um Gem\u00fcse haltbar zu machen und sehr gesund. Wasser und stellt es auf den Chinakohl)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-241-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Das Einmachglas luftdicht verschlie\u00dfen, so dass aber noch Luft entweichen kann und bei Raumtemperatur aufstellen  (Bei einem Einmachglas einfach den Deckel auflegen und nicht zu drehen.)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-241-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\"
